Did you know? Women have been underrepresented in clinical medical trials for a long time.    dm drogerie markt Österreich International wants to shake things up. We’re working with them to establish a new approach to health — one that views health holistically. As a way of life. And one that’s more gender-sensitive, because let’s be honest: one size does not fit all.     So, let’s talk about women’s health. 💜     What can we draw strength from? What unites us?    With dm, we’ve developed a women's health campaign aimed at raising awareness and educating everyone on the topic, and it's been going for two years now! 🤝    Our goal: to understand, advise, support and inspire across all channels with customised content about menstruation, nutrition, sexual wellness, self-care, and overall physical and mental health.     We draw our strength from togetherness. So let's strive together to make the topic of women's health more visible. 🫶    We’re proud to play an important part in dm’s efforts to move things in the right direction! ✨  dm drogerie markt Bosna i Hercegovina, dm drogerie markt Bulgaria, dm drogerie markt Česko, dm-drogerie markt Hrvatska, dm drogerie markt Italia, dm drogerie markt Magyarország, dm drogerie markt Makedonija, dm drogerie markt Österreich, dm drogerie markt S.R.L., dm drogerie markt Slovenija, dm drogerie markt Slovensko, dm drogerie markt Srbija #WomensHealth #AFriendCalledFuture

Sessions that inspired us at Figma's Config 2024 📣 Persephone Thorn and Phil Golub, our Co-Leads for WongDoody’s North American Experience Design team, headed to Figma’s Annual Design Conference in San Francisco late last month. They attended an array of thought-provoking talks held by industry experts, here's what they were loving... Derrick Wilkinson giving us the rundown on how United Airlines’ product teams created a living, breathing, universal source of truth for its designers and developers, both for consumer and enterprise products. Emily Sneddon and Taamy Amaize giving their take on optimistic futurist worldbuilding and designing irresistible futures starts in unexpected places. Big, big claps and love.  Karla ColeNashilu Mouen Makoua in conversation about the The Browser Company building products for people, through knowing their stories and not abstracting humans in the process. Jason Ballard discussing his work at ICON, and how they're endeavoring to develop advanced ways of building that allow us to solve the global housing crisis without surrendering our most human values. #config2024 #figma #inspiration

The way we interact with products is changing. Emotional design is revolutionising the design process, going far beyond the traditional focus on form and function. And AI is facilitating the transition. Katrina Radic, our Director of Experience Design in Serbia, shared her expertise with with German media design magazine PAGE. But what does it all mean? “As this area grows, brands and companies need to adapt. It is important to establish a culture of empathy and attention to the emotional dimensions of the user experience. "Designers need to ensure that every creation not only works, but becomes a valued part of the user's life. In this dynamic environment, integrating AI into design processes is not only a technological leap, but also a bridge to deeper empathy and understanding. AI enables us to anticipate needs, respond to emotions and personalise experiences in unprecedented ways. It enables us to design with anticipatory empathy and create products that not only respond to users, but grow with them.” At heart: where the human meets tech. Right where we’re at home, and just what makes our hearts beat faster. Read more here (German only): https://lnkd.in/eJJpqEh3 #EmotionalDesign #AI #Empathy #HumanExperience

Contemplations from #Config2024 ✍️ Last week, Persephone T. and Phillip Golub, our Co-Leads for WongDoody’s North American Experience Design team, joined a contingent of our Experience Designers at Figma’s Annual Design Conference in San Francisco. We caught up with them to hear their takeaways… 💭The Design Community is alive, well, and stronger than ever! Unlike other design conferences that focus on competitive advantage, the spirit of camaraderie, a shared vision and adopting a Design Thinking-inspired dry-erase structure expressed the sentiment better than anything else. 👥Team is everything—we work with a wonderful group of dedicated, empathetic, value-driven, and talented craft practitioners. Their dedication to the work and each other inspires and motivates us every day. 💼Some of Figma’s main benefits are in bridging the divide between design and development, but there's more to be done in the Enterprise space, where constraints brought by hybrid teams require integration with other tools, ways of working, and closed ecosystems. We'll be sharing more about Persephone and Phil’s time at Config, so watch this space!

A young leader's take on TNW Conference 🧠 Last week, Julija Egle, WongDoody's Belgian UX Lead, flew to Amsterdam to attend. We caught up with Julija to hear her thoughts... "If I had to describe this conference in one word, it would be 'inspiration'. In two letters, 'AI'. One of the many speakers that resonated with me was Daniel De Vos. His talk, "Leveraging #GenAI Successfully: Transforming Data into Value", provided practical frameworks addressing the two biggest questions clients have about AI—why should we use it, and how. Aside from #AI, I was inspired by Sophia Amoruso sharing her story what it takes to be a female entrepreneur and finding power and strength in all the beauty and ugliness that comes with it. I was also lucky enough to discover cyber art thanks to Moon Rivas and her talk about “Seismic Percussion: Revealed Reality," exemplifying that, just like what we strive to do at WongDoody, creativity can take different forms and when it meets technology, it becomes a beautiful symbiosis.” What were your conference best bits?
