The WellBe team had a great time at the American Association of Nurse Practitioners 2024 National Conference in Nashville! A huge thanks to Living to 100 Club for having our own Iyad Houshan,M.D., FACP on their podcast to talk about the benefits of WellBe's in-home care model! "We're providing care in full color... especially for older adults, seniors and the most complex cases - there isn't a lot of medicine. There is a lot of psychosocial that no one addresses; and the best place to address those is the home. WellBe is the model that brings the care to the home. So the patients aren't waiting on us, we're waiting on them. We provide a multidisciplinary team to address those needs in the home... We stand with the patient and look out, and to see what patients really want and how we can really address the patient's needs. That's who we are."

We're so excited to announce that - for the second year in a row - WellBe has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare! Since last year, we've grown from just under 500 to over 800 team members across 8 states, and we're so thankful to every single person on our team who help us continue making healthcare easier for WellBe patients. We've worked hard to create a positive and supportive environment within our rapidly growing team, and we're so proud to say that 80% of this award is determined through a comprehensive survey among our staff. As WellBe continues spreading into new markets across the US, we're excited to expand our partnership with QuikMedic | Mobile Urgent Care. Being able to offer 24/7 mobile urgent care to our patients – on top of in-home medical visits – means we can continue providing the best, most efficient care possible to those we serve.

Last month, we conducted an in-home visit with Francisco, the first WellBe patient in New York! This expansion allows us to provide in-home medical care to nearly 30,000 individuals across the state. Our growth doesn't stop here, and we're excited to continue expanding our ability to serve patients!
