Equity Research Analyst, Richard Anderson initiates coverage on Plymouth Industrial REIT (PLYM) and Stag Industrial (STAG) at #NEUTRAL. This launch of coverage on REITs at two distinct ends of the market cap spectrum expands his team's industrial REIT coverage to six and a total REIT universe of 36.

The stock market is showing nice gains so far in 2024, with the S&P 500 up over 12% as of this writing. Other major averages, including the Dow Jones and the NASDAQ, have also shown strength so far in 2024. Several major averages are at or near all-time high levels.

As a Manhattan Beach resident, proximity to the headquarters allows him to build relationships with professionals while diving deep into the field. 👋 Meet Shea Maney, a Psychology major at the University of Colorado Boulder, who is currently interning with our Multi Asset Prime Services team! Why Wedbush? Shea chose Wedbush because she plans to attend law school. Understanding the financial side of law is crucial, and Wedbush will provide her with valuable experience in financial services. Community Contributions: Shea volunteered as a cheerleading coach during high school, mentoring young girls. In college, she continued working with children through her involvement in the spirit team, visiting young patients at local hospitals to bring comfort and joy. Interests: Shea enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with friends.
