Our second annual Employee Resource Group (ERG) "Rush" was a blast! Webcorians and interns joined our ERG leaders for an afternoon of networking, bowling, and learning about our five ERGs: The Collective (ERG for Black employees and allies), Fuerza (ERG for Latinx employees and allies), Webcor AsiaPACific (aka Webcor APAC, ERG for Asian-American/Pacific Islander employees and allies), Webcor Queers & Allies (aka Webcor Q&A, ERG for LGBTQ+ employees and allies), and Women of Webcor. Thank you to our ERG leaders/members for driving these supportive spaces dedicated to mentorship, empowerment, and amplification of diverse perspectives! #WhyWebcor

Congratulations to the Isle House team on reaching temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO), a major milestone in their journey to final completion! This 22-story tower will offer luxurious residential units featuring expertly crafted cabinets, countertops, cabinetry, and flooring; top-of-the-line amenities; beautifully designed live-work spaces; and of course, breathtaking panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline from the city's iconic Treasure Island. We're honored to be delivering the island's tallest residential high-rise to date in partnership with Wilson Meany, Stockbridge Capital LLC, David Baker Architects, and DCI Engineers! #BuildWithWebcor

A few candid shots of our phenomenal crews at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission's Biosolids Digester Facilities Project (BDFP), an MWH/Webcor joint venture that will replace and relocate the outdated solids treatment facilities with more reliable, efficient, and modern technologies and facilities. Shout-out to the entire BDFP team, many of whom were hired locally through MWH/Webcor's Neighborhood Hiring Program, for the tireless work they're delivering for San Francisco's Bayview-Hunters Point community day in and day out! 📷: Webcor Sr. Executive Assistant Agueda Zarate #BuildWithWebcor

We had a blast celebrating Webcor's 2024 summer interns at our annual welcome event last week! To kick off the summer, interns and Webcorians across the the Bay Area gathered at San Francisco's Salesforce Park to connect and get to know one another over pizza and drinks. We look forward to mentoring this year's fantastic class of interns, who are eager to hit the ground running, learn from our subject matter experts, and contribute their fresh perspectives to our projects! #WhyWebcor

Happy Pride! Webcor and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission's Biosolids Digester Facilities Project (BDFP), an MWH/Webcor joint venture, were thrilled to sponsor this year's BuildOUT California Founders' Day celebration at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. Webcor Queers & Allies—aka Webcor Q&A, our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group—enjoyed a full day of panel discussions, workshops, and networking at the world's largest gathering of LGBTQ+ professionals in the architecture, engineering, construction, material supplies, and real estate development industries! #WhyWebcor Paul Pendergast

Thank you to all our San Diego Webcorians who came out to prepare and serve breakfast at Ronald McDonald House Charities® of San Diego, a "home-away-from-home" for families of children undergoing treatment for serious (often life-threatening) illnesses at local hospitals. It was an incredibly rewarding opportunity to support our San Diego neighbors — by the end of their shift, our small but mighty team of volunteers had prepared and served over 100 breakfasts! #WhyWebcor

The MWH/Webcor JV delivering San Francisco Public Utilities Commission's Biosolids Digester Facilities Project (BDFP) was thrilled to return to the Fillmore District for Juneteenth, where they hosted an informational booth and shared BDFP's tremendous impact on San Francisco's Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood. Webcor Safety Manager Kendall Cantave and Sr. Director, Employee Experience Tim Wortham discussed BDFP's Neighborhood Hiring Program, strategic partnerships with community-based organizations (CBOs), and community volunteer efforts while connecting with local residents. "Everyone really appreciated our community-centered initiatives and detailed data illustrating BDFP's impact!" Kendall says. Notable booth visitors included San Francisco Mayor London Breed; District 10 Supervisor Shamann Walton; SF Carnaval Executive Director & Commissioner, SF Human Rights Commission Rodrigo Durán; District 5 Supervisor candidate Autumn Hope Looijen; and film director/actor Mario Van Peebles! #WhyWebcor
