  • Another incredible weekend of sport! ⚽ In football, England advanced to the semi-finals of the Euros 2024 after a thrilling 5-3 penalty shootout victory over Switzerland. Next up are the Netherlands on Wednesday in the semi-finals as Spain takes on France in the other side of the draw. 🎾 In tennis, the first week of Wimbledon came to a close with Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff and Marketa Vondrousova all departing from the women’s draw, whilst Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic have all made it to the last eight on the men’s side. Brit Emma Raducanu was also knocked out in a hard-fought match against qualifier Lulu Sun, and Sir Andy Murray's remarkable Wimbledon career came to close with an emotional testimonial on Centre Court after his final game with brother Jamie. 🏎 In motorsport, Lewis Hamilton delivered an outstanding performance to win the British Grand Prix 2024 for a record ninth time. This victory marked his first Formula 1 win in nearly three years! 🏉 And in rugby, New Zealand edged past England in a nail-biting test match in Dunedin, securing a narrow 16-15 victory.

  • Another unforgettable weekend of sport around the globe! ⚽ In football, the Euros continued to keep us entertained as England triumphed 2-1 over a well organised Slovakian side following a stoppage time bicycle kick from Jude Bellingham that sent things into extra time. Spain also continued their run of dominant form with a confident 4-1 win over Georgia. 🏏 In cricket, India beat South Africa in the final of the T20 World Cup to be crowned the new world champions! India now become the first team to win the competition unbeaten and give the contentious tournament a Hollywood ending. 🏎 In motorsport, George Russell claims victory at the Austrian Grand Prix with a historic win after a scrappy race that involved collisions for Verstappen, Norris, and Piastri. Russell was running third to the Red Bull and McLaren drivers when they collided at Turn 3 on Lap 64 of 71, sending Norris out of the race and dropping Verstappen down to fifth with a puncture and time penalty. 🎾 And in tennis, Taylor Fritz and Daria Kasatkina were crowned singles champions in Eastbourne and we look ahead to a thrilling two weeks at Wimbledon!

  • Another electric weekend of sport as things ramp up for summer and all eyes turn to SW19 for the Wimbledon Championships next week! ⚽ In football, England missed a clear-cut chance to advance to the knockout stages of the Euros as they could only manage a draw against an impressive Danish side. Despite currently sitting top of group C there’s a lot to improve upon for Gareth Southgate’s men if they want to make a deep run in the tournament. Meanwhile, Scotland have been eliminated following their defeat to Hungary. 🏏 In cricket, England dominated the USA in the T20 World Cup, advancing to the semi-finals with a resounding 10-wicket victory. Captain Jos Buttler shone with an unbeaten 83 off 38 balls, while Chris Jordan took four wickets in five balls during the final over. 🎾 In tennis, Tommy Paul claimed the biggest title of his career at the Queen’s Club, securing the Cinch Championships 2024 in straight sets with a resounding with over Italian Lorenzo Musetti. Elsewhere world No.1 Jannik Sinner also clinched the title in Halle. 🏎 In motorsport, Max Verstappen delivered a stunning performance at the Spanish Grand Prix, holding off a strong challenge from Lando Norris to extend his lead in the F1 World Championship. And Lewis Hamilton celebrated his return to the podium with an impressive P3 finish. 🎤 And in music & entertainment, Taylor Swift captivated a sold-out Wembley Stadium as part of the UK leg of her Eras Tour with another stand out performance!

  • What a weekend in sport! ⚽ In football, the 2024 European Championships began on Friday evening with Scotland suffering a 5-1 loss to hosts Germany in the opening match. Meanwhile, England kicked off their campaign with a 1-0 win against Serbia, courtesy of a brilliant first-half strike from Jude Bellingham. 🏌 In golf, Rory McIlroy’s hopes of ending his 10-year wait for a fifth major title slipped away after missing a three-foot putt on the last hole and another on the 16th, paving the way for Bryson DeChambeau to claim his second US Open victory. 🏏 In cricket, England advanced to the T20 World Cup Super 8s! After a rain-affected win against Namibia on Saturday, England’s fate was sealed when Australia knocked out Scotland in a thrilling last-over win yesterday. This week, England will play St Lucia, South Africa, and the United States.

  • What an incredible weekend at the MLB World Tour: London Series 2024! 💥⚾ The New York Mets faced the Philadelphia Phillies in an electrifying two-game series at London Stadium. Game 1 saw the Phillies triumph 7-2, with Bryce Harper’s towering home run sealing the victory. The Mets bounced back the next day, clinching a nail-biting 6-5 win to split the series! The weekend was packed with endless entertainment, featuring an amazing performance by Jess Glynne, Q&As with past legends from both the Mets and the Phillies, delicious British and American food, and an unforgettable atmosphere throughout!
