Thank you to State Representative Tommy Vitolo for filing amendment #318, which would expend $750,000 for our program, Gateway Arts | Studio Art Center, Gallery, and Store to find a new accessible building for people with disabilities. This amendment was adopted last night in the House version of the Economic Development Bill (H.4789). We extend appreciation to Chair Michlewitz and Parisella for their leadership and to Representatives Rodney Elliott, John Moran, and Bill MacGregor for co-sponsoring the amendment.

Today, we at Vinfen celebrate Juneteenth, a day that marks the emancipation of enslaved people in the United States. It's a day to reflect on the ongoing fight for equality and justice, and to recommit ourselves to creating a more equitable world for all. At Vinfen, our mission is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of race, ethnicity, or background. This Juneteenth, we honor the legacy of those who fought for freedom and stand in solidarity in the fight for racial justice.
