What a ride the last few years have been since launching VCR Group alongside Gary Vaynerchuk Josh Capon and Conor Hanlon. We just introduced two new concepts (Bar ITO and Capons Burgers) within the new Fontainebleau Resort in Las Vegas this week with our ITO Omakase concept opening early January. I’m still trying to process it all. Im grateful to my VCR Group partners for everything you each do. I’m thankful to work alongside Chef Masa Ito, Chef Kevin Kim, and Jon Alagem on our expanding and beautiful Japanese businesses. We’ve surrounded ourselves with visionary developers who are giving us a platform to do what we do. Thank you Fontainebleau, Brett Mufson and Jeff Soffer for trusting us with your new baby. Thank you SL Green Realty Corp. for giving us our first home for ITO Tribeca. Thank you East End Capital for taking a big swing with us on our upcoming Flyfish Club project. Thank you US Open for letting us bring Fly Fish to your iconic tennis tournament year over year. And thank you The Hakimian Organization group for giving us a NYC place for Little Maven, our newest American concept to cater to all of our friends, family and supporters. It’s never a straight line, but god am I happy on where we are and where we’re going. I’ll continue to put in hard work each day to realize the opportunity within each of these projects. A big hug and sincere thank you to my brother, Gary Vaynerchuk, on trusting me to form and launch an ambitious modern hospitality company in the throes of Covid. I promise to not disappoint. We’ll hit 2024 with the same intensity, care, and dedication as we have the past two years and I wouldn't be shocked if a few other ventures surface mid/late 2024. With a menu curated by Chef Capon and Chef Conor, we’ll be shelling out oysters, lobster rolls and much more.
