Earlier this week, representatives from the 134th Air Refueling Wing and UT Medical Center signed off on a milestone agreement for our region, establishing a partnership between our organizations to facilitate on-site medical training and preparedness for 134th Medical Group personnel. This partnership will enable Air National Guard medical professionals to receive required annual training locally, making it easier for them to maintain their readiness while receiving valuable hands-on experience here at home. As the region’s only Level-I Trauma Center and academic health system, this partnership will help to further our mission, vision and values—improving the health of all in the community that we serve.
