We are pleased to welcome Loren Schriefer as the Senior Academic Program Coordinator of the Online Masters of Science in Nutritional Science program. Loren has been with the program since its early days as an Instructional Technology Specialist. She was central to the creation and delivery of the program, ranging from onboarding faculty to the online learning space, providing guidance on learning technologies, maintaining the learning management system and refining the student experience. Loren is a Longhorn alumna who recently earned her Master of Education (MEd) at The University of Texas at Austin in December 2022. Leveraging her degree focus in learning technologies, equity and design, Loren is excited to take on her new role as Senior Academic Program Coordinator. She hopes to continue collaboration toward program accessibility and excellence.
