Eurobike 2024 has started in the best possible way! Yesterday, on the first day of EUROBIKE Show 2024, Ursus has been honored with another special and prestigious Award: the Eurobike Gold Award 2024. Scegliere un futuro senza plastica: l'impegno di URSUS. Un altro passo importante che vogliamo condividere con voi è il nostro impegno nella riduzione dell'utilizzo della plastica. Nei nostri sforzi per ridurre l'impatto ambientale, ci siamo concentrati su una famiglia di prodotti speciali: i reggicicli doppi, che trovano il loro utilizzo nelle bici cargo, e-bikes e city bikes. Sono oltre 50.000 le unità di reggicicli doppi prodotti all’anno e destinati all’after market. Quello che rende questo traguardo speciale è il fatto che da un anno abbiamo eliminato completamente la plastica nel packaging per questa intera famiglia di prodotti. Questo significa un risparmio notevole di risorse plastiche e un grande passo verso la #sostenibilità. Il nostro impegno per un futuro senza plastica è forte, e continueremo a lavorare duramente per estendere questa iniziativa ad ulteriori prodotti. Da alcuni mesi Ursus ha implementato un nuovo software dedicato alla gestione del magazzino dei prodotto finiti: il 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗪𝗠𝗦). Questo passo cruciale è stato intrapreso con l'obiettivo principale di migliorare la tracciabilità e la visibilità dei flussi di informazione e materiale in tempo reale nel nostro magazzino dei prodotti finiti. Con il WMS, ogni articolo presente in magazzino è gestito attraverso un sistema di QR code, che traccia ogni aspetto del suo ciclo di vita, dalla ricezione alla spedizione finale. Questa implementazione ha portato ad un notevole aumento dell'efficienza aziendale in diversi modi: - 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲: grazie all'utilizzo dei QR code, ora possiamo seguire ogni movimento nel nostro magazzino, istante per istante. Abbiamo eliminato completamente l'uso della carta, digitalizzando l'intero processo delle attività che precedono la spedizione. Non solo, grazie al sistema di lettura QR code, qualsiasi tentativo di prelevare una scatola o un bancale diverso da quanto indicato dal WMS comporta immediatamente una notifica di errore, impedendo il proseguimento del processo. - 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗥𝗣: Il nostro WMS è strettamente integrato con il sistema ERP, il che significa che abbiamo accesso istantaneo a tutte le informazioni in tempo reale. Ciò semplifica notevolmente la gestione dei processi aziendali. - 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘇𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗼: abbiamo creato una mappatura dettagliata del nostro magazzino utilizzando coordinate per identificare tutte le aree e gli scaffali. Ciò ci consente di ottimizzare al meglio lo spazio a disposizione. - 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗜𝗙𝗢: il metodo "first in, first out" consiste nel valorizzare gli scarichi del magazzino a partire dai primi carichi effettuati. Il principale vantaggio infatti è che le prime merci arrivate avranno la precedenza nei prelievi e dunque saranno le prime a lasciare il magazzino. In questo modo viene evitata l’obsolescenza e si garantisce una più corretta valorizzazione delle scorte a magazzino. - 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗶 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗲: il nostro WMS ci consente di condurre analisi dettagliate. Tra tutte, per esempio, permette di identificare gli articoli più venduti, consentendo una disposizione ottimale degli stessi nel magazzino e riducendo i tempi di prelievo, preparazione e spedizione. L'obiettivo futuro è quello di 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗹'𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗱𝗶 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘇𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗼, sia in termini di spazio che di gestione del lavoro. Warehouse Management System rappresenta sicuramente un grande passo in avanti nella nostra missione di offrire un servizio efficiente, affidabile e di alta qualità ai nostri clienti!
