I hired someone with zero experience after 1 interview and it was probably the best hiring decision I've ever made. I also did that 5 more times after that because I thought I could replicate that and they were all terrible. Then I hired someone with 5 years of experience as a recruiter and they were awesome so I did that again. Next person with 5 years was the worst. Big talker and no action Then back to the no experience great attitude and got another stone cold killlllla on the phones. Crushed it the entire time until they decided recruiting wasn't their jam. So I found some people with a few years less experience. Some were great, others not so much the moral of the story is that there is no exact science to hiring and no point to posting dumb stories like you did something cool because you took a chance on a person and they did great. That's life brah. We take a chance every time we walk out of our front doors. Anyway if you want help with your hiring, I'm really not that annoying(despite my constant DM's suggesting otherwise) and have learned a bit from the 12 years and the bajillion people I've screened and placed at great companies all over the US in tech, ops and sales roles. And my recruiting team is even better than I am. Let's meet about your Q3 and beyond needs. I'm fun on meetings I PROMISE 😉 Happy Friday. Enjoy whatever you're doing today Richie PS - If I send you connection request, I'm pitching you or networking for future business. If I want new friends I find them like normal people do, on craigslist or Myspace. #recruiterlife
