🔧🚴♀️ Design of a 3D-printed titanium derailleur 🔧🚴♀️ 💡 TRUMPF has produced a customized rear derailleur made of 3D-printed titanium for Faction Bike Studio and Dangerholm. The custom-made cages, parallelograms and pulleys made of Ti64 Gd.23 were printed on a TruPrint 1000. These particularly exposed and error-prone parts have been taken to a new level, offering increased stability and a unique design. ✅ After printing, the parts were successfully assembled and passed the first driving test!
