By providing the resources of the largest national network to local electric co-ops, Touchstone Energy® helps our member systems strengthen their relationships with their member-owners. It is a national network of electric cooperatives across 47 states that provides research, communications resources, and employee training programs to help its member cooperatives better engage and serve their members. As a result, Touchstone Energy cooperatives are positioned to achieve superior member satisfaction and engagement to strengthen the cooperative, the communities it serves, and the electric cooperative community at large. Through access to targeted programs and a unifying national brand, Touchstone Energy cooperatives stand out as a trusted source of power and information to their 30 million member-owners every day. There is increased value to being aligned with a trusted national brand providing information for member-consumers to increase energy efficiency and use of new technologies. A network-wide digital communications effort focused on the cooperative difference reinforces the value of being a member and having a voice in your electric utility. Continued customer service training for cooperative employees ties to high member satisfaction with an average score of 85 in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®).   • Touchstone Energy® Cooperative, Inc. is proud to announce that 99 member cooperatives earned an American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) 2024 Customer Satisfaction Award* in Q1 and Q2 (2024) based on their member survey results. Members of each cooperative were asked to rate their overall satisfaction, how well the co-op lived up to their expectations, and how well the co-op measured up to their ideal co-op experience. Each co-op honored earned an ACSI score that substantially outperforms the industry average score earned by publicly measured co-op energy utilities reported in the 2024 ACSI Energy Utility Study. This honor is a testament to Touchstone Energy Cooperatives' ongoing efforts to provide the best possible member experience. Congratulations!     Member Engagement & Strategic Relationships at Touchstone Energy® Cooperatives

    Thanks you to Minnesota Rural Electric Association for inviting me to your summer member services and comms conference in gorgeous Walker, MN. The Olympics theme was fun (hoping there were no injuries after I left lol) and I loved the “Member Services to CEO” panel. I’m glad so many folks from across the state took time to hear about some of the ways Touchstone Energy® Cooperative, Inc. can help them make their jobs just a bit easier.
