    As a recruiter, it can be hard to bring in new clients for multiple reasons.     If you're a full desk recruiter, I know you know that it's all about navigating the highs and lows of building your business and recruiting top-talent for your business. The low's are low. Try to change the way you respond to the "No's", the "Remove me from your list", the "STOP emailing me" and the "We don't have needs right now but will keep you in mind in the future."     I talk a lot about our wins, but I also want to be transparent and talk about our losses and lessons from running a multi-7-figure recruitment agency. We had a couple of underperformers in quarter 2, that's just how business is. After digging into the data and analyzing calls, we found a couple of things that stood out and needed to change. 1. Job Orders → Double down on our Tiering System (Criteria to objectively rate a potential customer's JO.) → Recruiters need to value their time and know when to decline a search. → Efficiency is the name of the game. 2. Sense of Urgency → 2-3 submissions within 96 hours for Tier 1 Job Orders. 3. Ask harder questions → If the role is urgent, and the client doesn't know when they can interview, move on. → "If I find you someone that meets your criteria in 24 hours, can you interview them then?"
