Developer Patrick Carroll was released from a Los Angeles jail last week, after facing felony charges for carrying a loaded firearm in public and evading police. Carroll, who struck a deal last year to sell his development firm Carroll Organization for $80 million, appears to have been in LA for at least the past month, following a number of legal incidents in South Florida.
