Since 2003, over 400 students have graduated from the Roger Hatcuel Student Academy. Seeing many of them return to compete and win in the Young Lions Competitions, become jurors and Lion winners themselves has been an incredible journey to witness. 30 students from 30 countries are selected by the global network of Festival Representatives. Aged 23 years or under, these really are the new generation of the industry. Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has launched a global search for a new Dean to lead the 2025 class. If you want 30 new friends for life, friends that will inspire you, make you smile and challenge you, this might just be the opportunity for you. We look forward to hearing from you. 🦁 🙏

I enjoyed every moment moderating the The Creative Ladder panel, The Art of Collaboration, for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity Creative Academy alongside an all women panel of industry giants, legends and friends, Thas Naseemuddeen Marinda Yelverton, Sara Tate, and Judy Lee last week. It was so good to hear and share the many innovative ways Omelet, Pinterest, 160over90 and 21st Century Brand are leveraging diversity within their teams to breakthrough ideas that not only build upon belonging and community building, but also propel businesses forward and contribute positively to society. Many, many thanks to Cannes Lions for entrusting us with your rising young talent on the fast-track to becoming the next generation of industry leaders, and to Pinterest Beach for hosting us! #Cannes #CannesLions #Cannes2024
