As a #PELI facilitator, I'm biased! But here are my thoughts on what makes this the #1 leadership development program for engineers in the state of Texas:
1. Meaningful relationship-building and networking opportunities. Only one applicant from each organization is accepted for a max of 20 participants. Four 3-day intensives are held at Canyon of the Eagles on Lake Buchanan, where Trish B. Smith, Mark Cook and I work hard to create an environment that fosters trust, collaboration, and commitment (and it's fun!)
2. Best-in-class leadership training. So many programs are virtual these days: You might be in a Teams meeting with 100s of participants. No shade on virtual, but nothing makes learning "sticky" like active participation in a small group. We incorporate lessons from leadership experts, case studies, and intensive hands-on practice so you get the most out of your investment.
3. Results that speak for themselves. PELI alums are making a difference in every corner of the engineering profession across the state of Texas. They're team-builders, subject matter experts, innovators, and contributors in their communities. Whatever your metric for success, #PELI alums are at the top of their game.
Applications are open now! Hope to see you in January 😊
