Strider is proud to partner with Florida International University (FIU) and the FIU Jack D Gordon Institute for Public Policy on their excellent work identifying PRC projects in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).     The China Activities in LAC Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of PRC projects in the region, including in many strategic sectors like mining, energy, space, and ports. The interactive online dashboard is powered by Strider’s data on PRC companies’ ties to the PRC government and military.     As the PRC continues to expand its presence in the western hemisphere, this tool will help US and allies make informed decisions about how to advance their interests in the era of strategic competition with China.    Strider looks forward to continued partnership with FIU and other research groups doing critical work to raise awareness and understanding of foreign nation state risks. Strider co-founders Greg L. and Eric Levesque recently went on The Burn Bag to discuss open-source data, corporate security, geopolitics, and more. On the growing amount of publicly available information, Greg emphasized, “I think we’re living in the early days of an OSINT revolution. It is compounding daily. And that yields the ability to create some very unique insights and products.” Eric added, “Again, our core thesis is that industry is a battle space. It’s good timing that these types of capabilities are being developed and diffused throughout industry because they need it. They’re on the front lines.
