The Los Angeles Chargers officially opened their new training facility and team headquarters in El Segundo, CA., giving them a permanent base for the first time since relocating from San Diego in 2017. Branded as The Bolt, the 150,000-square-foot facility includes three full-size practice fields and three stories of interior space: a ground floor for lockers, equipment, fitness, and medical, a second floor with a large cafeteria, football offices, and an auditorium, and a third floor with a private club and business offices. It will be the day-to-day home for players and about 80% of the roughly 200-person non-player staff. Chief of Staff and Counselor Fred Maas said the Chargers also want to rent it out as an event venue and a film set location. Read more from Ben Fischer: https://ow.ly/uAls50SzTtH
