We're grateful to the New York Climate Exchange for the recognition and support.
🌎 Today, we are proud to announce our investment in five climate-centered community projects across New York City! These investments are part of our pilot Amplifying Meaningful Partnerships (AMP) Grant program, which was launched in Fall 2023. The pilot AMP Grant program supports community-based programming that advances our sustainability goals in New York City. Grants were prioritized for projects that encourage collaboration among the #NewYorkClimateExchange's partners, address environmental justice issues, increase #climate engagement and literacy, expand the capacity of existing relevant programming, and have a measurable and sustainable impact. As a pilot, the program aimed to jumpstart future collaborative community-based projects with partners and other stakeholders in New York City. The five awarded partners and projects include Waterfront Alliance, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, Educational Alliance and The Climate Museum, Earth Matter NY, and Solar One. These five projects supported by the pilot AMP Grant program will further our mission to build a resilient and sustainable city that fights against climate change with thoughtful and effective solutions. We are just getting started. Read more about each project here 👉 https://lnkd.in/ez_daXda
