We celebrated Larry Probst's retirement at our Effingham location on Friday! Larry has been in the John Deere business for 47 years. He started as a technician with the John Deere dealer in Effingham, IL in 1977 at the current location we occupy today. Sloan Implement purchased the business from Erb in 2001. At that point, Larry became the store manager and has continued in that role ever since. We want to thank him for all his hard work, dedication, and leadership over the last 23 years with Sloan Implement. Your humor, knowledge and hard work will certainly be missed!
