🌟 Improving together! 🌟 The Quality teams met for their first face-to-face meeting of the year in France at Vitré. 🔎 The key to an effective meeting: ✔ Take advantage of synergies within the group:  sharing best practices, ideas but also questions from some sometimes on a case-by-case basis is clearly the best way to improve overall practices. ✔ Training together:  ideal for getting to know each other better, saving time and gathering live feedback from participants (which is obviously positive ;-)). ✔ Building together:  workshops enable participants to jointly develop the main quality standards. ✔ Quite simply, see each other!  This is one of the keys to creating a spirit of cooperation and a feeling of building a UNIQUE TEAM. CELEBRATE SUCCESS WITH OUR TEAM! 🎊 365 ACCIDENT-FREE DAYS 🎂 In the course of this year, some of our sites have gone a year (or more) without an accident.  Sinova is constantly improving its safety culture, and celebrating these successes obviously makes for festive moments in a team, but also reinforces the company's commitment to its teams to enable them to work in the safest possible conditions.  👉 At Mulhouse in France, the 700 accident-free days were an opportunity to take part in risk training workshops. 👏 Well done! #celebration #safety

📣 Last week it was time for the annual Sinova Leadership Meeting. About 100 colleagues met in Italy in the beautiful region of Varese near Milan for 2 effective working days. During these days we shared many exciting projects and developments together as a ONE team. We had in-depth discussions and exciting insights from different areas of Sinova🌍. It was especially nice to see how much our colleagues have grown together over the last three years and that the atmosphere among us was really inspiring. Especially in our leadership session, where everyone was able to recognise their individual potential, it became clear how important a team is - that you are more successful when you complement each other. 🤝🏻  All in all, this meeting confirmed our long-standing approach that only by working together, true to our purpose, can we successfully achieve our goal of making the most of the earth's limited resources 🌱.  Many thanks to the Sinova colleagues for an intensive, productive and motivating meeting - we are proud that you are part of our Sinova TEAM! 💙 👍 #Leadership #Motivation #WorkingTogether

🚨Safety first! To reinforce this commitment, Sinova has established Health & Safety Days.   👉 The objective of our Safety Days was to provide 250 employees with information and training on our new 10 Golden Rules over the course of 17 days in five regions. Additionally, the programme aimed to enhance the safety culture within our staff.   HS Days encompasses both theoretical and practical components, utilizing such as virtual reality goggles to simulate emergencies, safety detective games and accident/situation investigations.   🎯 This approach is part of a strong health and safety policy which has led us, among other things, to carry out 16 internal safety audits in all our countries in 2023 and to create Samy, our safety mascot!   As a result of these long-term actions, we can report: ✅ A 19% reduction in the lost-time accident frequency rate (LTIFR) between 2020 and 2023. ✅ A 47% reduction in the lost-time injury severity rate (LTISR) between 2020 and 2023.   Thank you to our teams for their daily vigilance! 👍   #WorldDayforSafetyandHealthatWork #Safety #HealthatWork #training #leadingbyexample

The last Sinova board meeting was once again a great opportunity for an in-deep dialogue!   Each board meeting is always combined with an exchange with a local team, which is why it always takes place in different Sinova factories in different countries. We are convinced that we can be more successful in placing our customers, suppliers and partners at the centre of our activities when we work together as ONE team. That's why Sinova focuses on a joint team approach. Every day, every member of the organisation makes an important contribution, with all our differences, cultures and backgrounds. We want to learn from each other and grow together. 🌱   This kick-off meeting in the German port city of Cuxhaven was an inspiring practical exercise in this. After a factory tour, the board had an insightful discussion with the Sinova team in Cuxhaven. In this town hall meeting they openly exchanged views, stated intentions and everyone was able to ask questions and get to know each other better.   Many thanks to the engaged team in Cuxhaven who does a great job every day and thank you for the hospitality and the open dialogue. We are committed to making the most of the Earth's limited resources by creating a culture of high performance, commitment, diversity and modern leadership. So, what exactly are we talking about? ❓ To give you an idea, here are some of the projects we've been working on over the last few months... HIGH PERFORMANCE 📈 In January 2023: we celebrated the roll-out of SINAPS, our Business Intelligence platform and our common tool to drive high-performance through benchmarking practices. ENGAGEMENT 💻 In March 2023: we sent our first Engagement survey, covering 273 colleagues. 81 % of the participants of the engagement survey said that they are proud or very proud of working for Sinova. MODERN LEADERSHIP 👐 In October 2023: we launched our Sinova Leadership Competency Framework and started training our leadership community on how to build a leadership development plan. As of today, 85 colleagues from all our countries are already trained. 👩💻👨🎓 This list will continue to grow. To be continued...
