In honor of Disability Pride Month, our Disability Awareness Employee Resource Group (ERG) recently partnered with Steven Jones of Disability Connect Mentoring Scheme for an insightful session. Focused on enhancing accessibility, we explored key features of Microsoft 365 such as ALT text, color usage, limited use of text boxes, and more. At Sensata, we are proud to partner with organizations paving the way toward accessibility for all. #DisabilityAwareness

Computing power’s explosion around the world has translated into continued expansion in telecom and server facilities, encouraging evolution in data center power designs and increasing the need for UL listed circuit breakers with a 240VAC rating. #TeamSensata in China successfully hosted the 2024 Yuchai-Sensata Tech Show and Forum in collaboration with Yuchai Group. The show featured a highly technological exhibition area showcasing many of our advanced product series. Our teams participated in high-level meetings, where core topics such as engine technology innovation, electrification and hydrogen fuel new energy solutions were discussed, ultimately inspiring more possibilities for collaboration. #SmarterTogether

During Pride Month, our Proud@Sensata Employee Resource Group participated in parades and celebrations for the first time in Providence, Rhode Island, and Sofia, Bulgaria. In Rhode Island, festivities included the annual ‘Illuminated Night Parade,’ when various organizations marched to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community. In Bulgaria, members of our Employee Resource Group marched to this year’s slogan, “Bulgaria is our home, too". Proud@Sensata will round out the Pride Season with members marching in Belfast, Northern Ireland later this month. We continue to celebrate the communities that make up diverse talent and a truly inclusive workplace year-round. #PrideMonth #OneSensata
