News this week of our plans to develop a 500,000 sq ft project in Tunbridge Wells, UK with Royal London Asset Management . Having identified and secured this opportunity, we have worked closely with the local authority to design the optimal concept including a change of use for the site from offices to a much-needed industrial and logistics scheme. The park and its units will offer modern, flexible space and will target some of the highest sustainability certifications, with BREEAM Official Outstanding and an EPC A+ rating. Thanks to all involved in the project so far, including JLL UK, SMR (UK) Ltd, I&L Consulting , Lichfields UK, LYSANDER ASSOCIATES LIMITED, Stantec, Cudd Bentley Consulting Ltd, HED, RPS and Assent Building Control Ltd. We look forward to delivering the project and managing the leasing process on behalf of Royal London Asset Management .
