RTM provided MEP design for the renovation of an existing building into a new fertility clinic in Bellevue, WA. In close collaboration with Ware Malcomb, the teams meticulously addressed the specialized environment and considerations necessary for all items within the space and systems serving the clinic, ensuring they do not negatively impact the lab’s success rate. RTM’s newest team in Baltimore specializes in MEP, lighting design, and sustainability solutions with a focus on the K-12 market. One of their recent projects showcases their expertise with MEP/FP and lighting design for the new Beaver Run Elementary School in Salisbury, MD. Serving grades Pre-K through 2, the 98,293-square-foot building was designed to complement the neighboring WinterPlace Park & Equestrian Center.
