We're thrilled to shine a light on Caroline Steffen, our amazing Director of HR, who's played a huge role in keeping the Rohrer family thriving for the past year! When she's not busy building a stellar company culture, she can be found volunteering at Pawsforlifenc.org, an animal rescue group dedicated to finding forever homes for furry friends in need.
