In just one day, SitePrint laid out 15,000 sqft of wall layouts, wall-type tags, AV receptacles, fire protection hangers and heads, door swings, door tags, and even the hardware schedule. Ever wonder where your shipping boxes come from? 📦 RO recently completed of the fit-out for Greif CorrChoice Dallas more than two months ahead of schedule, for their first corrugated box facility in Texas! Not only does this facility enhance sustainable packaging solutions, but it has also brought over 150 jobs to the area. The next time you order online, maybe your package was created right here in Dallas! This industrial finish out included a new control room on the manufacturing floor, updated loading dock equipment, modernized offices and a breakroom, MEP upgrades for chillers and a compressed air system and a brand new 4-story demising wall. We're proud to have partnered with such an innovative company and look forward to seeing their continued success.

Building a Better Texas by uplifting the next generation of leaders! That is Dallas Leadership Foundation's goal and RO is proud to be playing a role in that mission. We recently broke ground on DLF's new headquarters and this two-story, 14,000+ sq. ft. facility is designed to be a beacon of unity and collaboration in the Dallas community. This building will include various training and community rooms, event spaces, offices, a breakroom, storage areas, an outdoor patio, and a spacious rooftop deck for outdoor meetings and events. With this expansion, DLF's vision of creating a safe haven for community leaders to share diverse views and commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of Dallas residents is one step closer.
