We’re thrilled to share our first collaboration with Michelin Starred chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud opening this year at SL Green’s One Madison Avenue in New York. On the 28th floor rooftop, Le Jardin sur Madison’s design was inspired by the green oasis and vibrant urban hub that is Madison Square Park. Accessible by day for One Madison tenants for meetings, coffee, and a serene place to work, the space can also be rented in the evening for private parties and a variety of events. Le Tete d’Or, located on the ground floor and opening in November, was inspired by the delicate art of classic French brasseries with a palette of rich blues, mirrors, dark marble, wood and leather paneling. COQODAQ is a new restaurant in Flatiron by Simon Kim’s Gracious Hospitality Management that offers a modern, elevated twist on fried chicken. We played with the idea of contrasting something simple and perfect as fried chicken with a beautiful and glamorous space that creates a sense of occasion—a cathedral to this humble dish. The space features elements of art nouveau, custom furniture, and dynamic lighting throughout. Congratulations to EDITION and Marriott International on the grand opening of The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai. Our designs for the public spaces, amenities, and guestrooms were inspired by the property's location within a 620-acre nature reserve with two miles of white sand beachfront, creating the feeling that the resort is a natural extension of a glowing cenote, with a spa at its nexus. The resort features 182 guestrooms, including 30 suites, and a 27,00 sf. ft. Sky Rooftop Villa, the largest hotel penthouse in North America. 📸: Nikolas Koenig

In 2013, Rockwell Group completed the design for NeueHouse's flagship location in NYC. A decade later, we returned to the space to update the cellar level. For the renovation, we reconfigured and reprioritized rooms based on today’s needs, responding to a greater demand for open workspaces and larger private studios—in particular, areas that can be reserved for client meetings and private events. The NeueHouse Cinema features a 90-seat screening room that sits front and center, two open work/lounge seating areas that flank the theater, and an opulent concession stand with an adjacent bar lounge area. Inspired by 1960s Italian cinemas, the elegant and playful space is layered with classic materials and bold colors. 📸: @varneyphoto
