What an incredible week at #EthCC in Brussels! The Fabric team had a jam-packed schedule full of events, panels, and most importantly, connecting with our amazing community and founders. Here’s a recap of our biggest Web3 x AI event and highlights from the week: Web3 Meets AI Over Brunch! 🥐 We had a phenomenal turnout, uniting Web3 x AI changemakers under one roof. The event featured stellar panels, a curated guest list, amazing views, and great food. Big thanks to our co-hosts: Caladan, Masa AI, NEAR Protocol, Sentient, and RSS3 for pushing the envelope in this exciting space! Keynote by NEAR Protocol's Co-founder Illia Polosukhin 🎤 We kicked off the event with an insightful keynote on "Why the World Needs User-Owned AI," setting the tone for the discussions to follow. Decentralised Compute Panel 🔍 Led by our very own Thomas Crow, this panel featured power talks from Calanthia Mei (Masa AI), Henry Wang (CTO RSS3), Ben Fielding and Himanshu Tyagi (Sentient), diving deep into the future of AI compute. Investor Panel 💡 Our expert panel dissected the exciting overlap of Web3 and AI, providing real insights and forward-thinking perspectives. The panel was moderated by @richardmuirhead and featured Steven w. ( Nazare Ventures), Casey K. Caruso (Topology), Eva Weng (Caladan), and Anand Iyer (Canonical). Launching the Open Web Contributor's Farcaster Channel 🚀 Teaming up with POAP Studio and Farcaster, we launched our Open Web Contributor's Farcaster Channel during our event. This is the first of many POAPs to come! Fireside Chats & Chain Abstraction Day 🔥 Richard Muirhead joined the Fireside Chat on Transforming AI/ML Data Flows with Unified Compute & Decentralised Storage alongside Bidhan R. from Bagel 🥯 at #EthCC. Meanwhile, Thomas Crow tackled Chain Abstraction Day, hosted by NEAR Protocol, Agoric, and Particle Network, discussing its impact on Web3.
