About us

The story of Relyance Bank began in 1965, in the heart of Jefferson County. Like so many others, we began in a small, humble building on Cherry Street, but with a strong philosophy centered on customers and community. Since then, we have grown and expanded our business and customer base throughout Arkansas all while maintaining our core values. We strive to be an organization our customers can rely on for all their financial needs. We offer an extensive line of products and services, such as personal and commercial checking, savings and certificates of deposit. We also offer personal, commercial and agricultural lending products, personal and commercial credit cards as well as investments and trust services. And through our Jefferson Title Company, we are able to provide title and escrow services. We are committed to being an organization our neighbors can rely on to support, serve and lead our community. We accomplish this by providing charitable donations, supporting, sponsoring and even participating in organizations throughout the communities we serve. We have been an organization customers can rely on to stay ahead of their changing needs. Change is inevitable and we all have different needs throughout our various stages in life. Whether its technology, products or services; we strive every day to stay ahead of the curve through research and training. At Relyance, our world is neighbors helping neighbors. We hope you will find our world as comfortable and accommodating as we do, full of products and services and friendly faces that will fit the financial goals and needs in your world.
