As a human resources generalist, Yolie is responsible for a variety of HR tasks including serving as the first point of contact for benefits and policy questions as well as assisting with recruitment activities and our student employment programs. She is based in our Brookfield office and provides support for raSmith’s seven offices located in Wisconsin, Illinois, and California.

An exciting project is underway for Monk Botanical Gardens in Wausau, Wisconsin. As part of a two-phase plan to expand this community destination, Phase 1 will feature a new entry drive and gateway, ticket booth building, new parking lot, native landscape, and an English garden. raSmith is collaborating with The Kubala Washatko Architects (TKWA), Findorff, and REI Engineering on the site design and landscape to help bring this project to life. We recently celebrated the completion of the Moorland Road reconstruction project from County I to County ES — a key corridor between I-94 and I-43 in New Berlin, Wisconsin. We’re proud of working with Waukesha County, WI, the City of New Berlin, Wisconsin Department of Transportation, GRAEF, and other stakeholders to provide transportation design services. This 1.4-mile project included replacing the deteriorated roadway, reconfiguring intersections to enhance safety and operations, updating existing sidewalks and curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, and other improvements.
