Hope Starter
About us
Like to work with your heart? We are hope starters. We spark hope in our community by providing education, treatment, and recovery services to individuals affected by behavioral health or developmental issues. We serve more than 25,000 people each year. Helping others reclaim their lives and build hope is a complex process--and it requires a strong support system. At RACSB, you will help a young mother overcome addiction, a toddler take their first steps, or a teenager manage depression--whether you personally see these individuals or not. The people who navigate insurance payments, licensing requirements, and payroll systems are just as critical as those providing direct services. So no matter what your skills and passions, there's a place for you on our hope-starting team.

Happy National Simplicity Day! Today we celebrate the beauty of simplicity and the joy it brings to our lives. Social media can be a highlight reel, making it easy to feel like our lives aren't enough. But the constant comparison and pressure to keep up can be a major drain on mental health. So let's mark simplicity day with a challenge for your mind and soul: 🌼 Limit social media: Set time limits or take a short break. You might be surprised at how much calmer you feel. 🌼 Focus on real connections: Put down your phone and have a face-to-face chat with a friend, go for a walk in nature, or enjoy a quiet hobby. 🌼 Declutter your to-do list: Prioritize what truly matters and ditch the rest. Feeling accomplished, not overloaded, is key! ️ Remember, a simpler life can be a happier life. What are your favorite ways to simplify? Share in the comments! #mentalhealth #selfcare #simplicity#NationalSimplicityDay 🌿✨ #SimplicityDay #MentalWellness #DigitalDetox #RealConnections #DeclutterYourLife #PrioritizeYourself #SimplifyYourLife #InnerPeace #Wellbeing
