⛳️🏌️♀️ Four women from Range's women's employee resource group, RENEW, represented the Company at the Washington County Chamber of Commerce golf outing recently. The foursome used the skills they learned earlier this summer from RENEW-sponsored golf lessons while participating in the event at Lone Pine Country Club. Abbie Standiford, Senior Production Administrator and RENEW member, said the lessons empowered her to take advantage of these unique opportunities to represent Range in the community. "I've declined several chances to participate in golf outings over the years because I rarely played on my own and wasn't confident in my abilities. When our RENEW group offered golf lessons to learn the basics, I jumped at the chance. It helped so much to show up each week and sharpen my skills alongside my coworkers. When the offer came along to play in the WCCOC outing with other RENEW members, I had no doubt that I could handle it this time because of everything I learned over the course of our lessons. It's a great feeling to know that I don't have to let these opportunities pass me by anymore!"

🍝Mangia! Range recently made a $4,000 donation to the Washington Health System Foundation's Teen Outreach Summer Camp Program! With this partnership, Range employees attended the camp to talk about internships, career paths, and the industry. The donation also covered the costs for the program's "Italian Day of Cooking" classes. Looks like everyone had a great time!
