All of our placements are 100% guaranteed. Proliance does not doctor resumes, and we serve our clients as advisers as opposed to order-takers. We take the time to understand the goals you want to achieve, and place our candidates accordingly.

• Benefits – We offer a killer benefits package. We pay for 50% of our candidate’s and 25% of dependent’s medical and vision insurance premiums, along with offering dental insurance, 401k, referral bonuses, and sick time. There is also no fee to work with us.
