Retrofitting existing buildings to make them more energy efficient provides both sustainability benefits and an opportunity for affordable housing. We are excited for what's to come at Spring Rock Village in the Town of Brewster, MA on Cape Cod! As a recipient of the 2024 Affordable Housing Development Grant Awards announced by Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey and Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities Ed Augustus.
