  • Vice President of Accounting We are conducting a search for a VP of Accounting with a publicly traded technology company who is a leader in their industry. This person will be responsible for overseeing an accounting team, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller with responsibility for domestic and international accounting operations including general ledger, process improvement, payroll, A/P, cash, equity, accruals, debt, fixed assets and adhoc projects. This person will manage/mentor a team of 5 direct reports with a full team of close to 25, both domestic and international. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with 12+ years experience in accounting operations, preferably with experience in international and statutory accounting, and must have experience leading large teams. The role is primarily remote, as long as the candidate is available to attend team meetings in Northern Virginia once a month.   • We are conducting a search with a multi-billion REIT looking for a Manager of Corporate Accounting (with FP&A component). This is a hybrid position (3 days) in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting, coupled with 4 to 5 years of solid accounting/finance experience. This person will be responsible for corporate accounting responsibilities but will also play a critical role in financial analysis, budgeting, and modeling activities to support the company's strategic objectives. Since the position is new, it will start out about 75% accounting and 25% FP&A but will ultimately transition in 50/50 Accounting and FP&A.

  • VP of Financial Reporting We are working with a multi-billion company hiring a Vice President of Financial Reporting. This is a newly created position due to growth and promotions. This position will oversee a very well-running team of ex Big 4 professionals. The Vice President of Financial Reporting is responsible for the Company’s external investor and SEC reporting process, consolidated internal reporting, as well as oversight for transaction and deal structure analysis and technical and regulatory accounting and disclosure matters. These responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to accounting staff. The individual in this role will work closely with a range of accounting, finance, investment, development, operational, IT, and legal associates. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Big 4 experience or a combination of Big 4 and public company experience with SEC Reporting and Researching technical accounting issues. Very competitive compensation package. The company is in the office 3 days a week in office VA/DC area.
