Since beginning his career in design at Pininfarina in 1975, Ian maintained a lasting connection with our Company. As a long-term partner of the BMW Group, which includes Rolls-Royce, we have had numerous opportunities over the years to meet Ian and admire his exceptional personal and professional qualities. His vision and dedication to design were unparalleled. In this moment of profound sorrow, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Verena Kloos, and his entire family.

Two new design awards for Pininfarina in the name of sustainability. The Chicago Athenaeum has honored the E-GAP Fast electric charging station and the Vidde Mobility Alfa electric snowmobile with the prestigious 2024 Green Good Design Sustainability Award. These awards, presented in the Green Transportation and Green Products categories, highlight the pivotal role of design in addressing global environmental challenges and underscore the importance of sustainable innovation in driving progress. The Green Good Design Sustainability Award recognizes exceptional contributions towards a more sustainable future. The Materia Collection explores new frontiers by introducing materials never before used in carpets, such as wood and luminous inserts. These innovative rugs highlight a design approach rooted in constant research, blending innovation with high-quality craftsmanship - values that both #Pininfarina and Sahrai Milano uphold. The Pure, Light, and Water carpets are hand-tufted in embossed bamboo silk and wool, showcasing this unique fusion.

Honoring 30 Years of Lasting Charm. To celebrate a significant milestone, the Fiat Coupé Torino Club visited the Pininfarina headquarters in Cambiano for a deep dive into the history of this iconic model. Crafted through the collaborative efforts of the Fiat Styling Center and Pininfarina, the Fiat Coupé stands as a testament to their design prowess. Pininfarina's contribution to the interior design is hailed as one of their best achievements in mass production. The dashboard strip in body color is a distinctive feature, adding a touch of sophistication to the cabin. Additionally, Pininfarina played a crucial role in assembling over 70,000 units at its Grugliasco factory from 1994 to 2000.
