The growth and impact we’ve had over our 52 years so far simply would not have been possible without our staff. A compassionate psychiatrist and nurse started out with an apartment and a dream to create a place where all people felt welcomed and had access to resources that supported hope, health, and healing. Today, that vision continues. We have a multi-year strategic plan where 360+ staff in 7 locations are driving initiatives related to continued clinical excellence, DEIB integration, operational infrastructure, and more. Our staff knows that the needs of our community have become more complex and pervasive, and they are committed to continuing to innovate and show how much they care through their service. To say we are proud and grateful for them is an understatement. Thank you PFP community!
