About us
Personal Assistance Services (PAS) has been a leader in the employee assistance field for over 3 decades. Serving across the country and around the globe, St. Louis-based PAS is a life event company that helps employees with virtually any life need. Personally-arranged services, meaningful engagement, and internal & external integration produce measurable results: 96% of cases resolved without medical plan claims, 90% participant follow-through rate, 30% improvement in mental health/quality of life. The key to a balanced life is having access to the right tools, resources and support. PAS provides an extensive suite of confidential counseling, coaching and consultation services for employees and their dependents, performance improvement tools for supervisors, on-site support following disruptive events at the workplace, and forensic/organizational consultation for administration and human resources staff. All of these services help employees and supervisors solve problems, navigate challenges and strengthen their work and home life. We believe all people need to feel the sense of purpose, hope and dignity that is enriched through relating and connecting with others.
