As her term leading the Publications Committee concludes, PREA extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Jackie Brady (PGIM). PREA extends its sincere thanks to the phenomenal NYU Stern School of Business team led by Sam Chandan for hosting a perfectly choreographed, informative, and memorable PREA Institute. Sam and all the faculty participants from NYU and Columbia impressed us with their grasp and elucidation of issues directly relevant to real estate investing. We deeply appreciate all that Stern team members Eric C. James and Emily Erani and current Stern students did to make us feel welcome. The PREA Institute Committee chaired by Dean Adler helped bring us to NYU and to craft an outstanding program.
