🌟 Exciting Summer Ahead for Future Leaders! 🌟 Our Presidio Scholars Summer Program is in full swing, and our incredible students are busy envisioning a future San Francisco hotspot! They’re designing a vibrant mixed-use commercial real estate development with residential, retail, community, green, and office spaces. 🏙️ With the amazing guidance of OTJ Architects throughout the summer, our students are crafting detailed renderings and learning the powerful impact architects have on our communities. A shoutout to Arcsine as well for kickstarting their project narrative and providing invaluable feedback. Come August, these future leaders will compete in a thrilling pitch competition, presenting their innovative projects to a panel of investors. Just last week, they had a tour of Treasure Island, sponsored by Wilson Meany. OTJ’s Visitation project is featured in The Washington Post. Located in historic Frederick, Maryland, the Visitation Frederick is a mixed-use development that builds on New Urbanism concepts to breathe life into the campus and structures of the former private all-girls school from which the project takes its name.
