We are so delighted to reveal a planned condo tower in downtown Austin called Luminary. The building is one of our first local projects in Austin Texas, featuring almost 290 condos on the northwest corner of 14th and Guadalupe streets, where it will stretch 35 stories and 400 feet skyward. The tower will be home one-, two- and three-bedroom condos, plus 4,800 square feet of ground-floor retail and one level of office space. We have recently announced plans for a 35-story luxury condo tower in downtown Austin. The planned Luminary high-rise will contain 286 residential units priced from around $600,000 to more than $3 million. “New homes for less than $1 million in downtown Austin fill a much-needed void, and are particularly attractive to young professionals, empty nesters and people wanting a lock-and-leave lifestyle or second residence,” according to Kevin Burns of Austin-based Urbanspace, which is marketing the condos. Northland Living is poised to make its mark in Austin real estate with ambitious plans, including a mixed-use development near a hockey arena. As a development subsidiary of Dallas Stars owner Tom Gaglardi’s Northland Properties, Northland Living has acquired development sites across the state and we have begun forming a vision for growth. In the northern suburb of Cedar Park, Northland Living is planning a 40-acre mixed-use project adjacent to the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park arena, home of the Texas Stars, an American Hockey League team that the Dallas Stars owns. “We’ve been involved in different facets of the real estate industry for over 60 years, and we’ve acquired several development sites over the years,” shares Northland Living President and COO, Tony Kaleel. “The formation of Northland Living to develop these sites is a natural progression for us.” https://lnkd.in/gDWubsC3
