Suzanne Abair, Northland President and COO, spoke at Bisnow’s Boston Multifamily Summit. The panel addressed the impact of the current debt climate, the need for sponsors to be creative when it comes to the intricacies of underwriting multifamily deals, and the importance of managing NOI and leveraging lender relationships.

Suzanne Abair, Northland’s President and COO, recently spoke as a panelist at the “Dream Big! Leadership Conference” at UMass Boston. Dream Big! is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women through sports and physical activities. Suzanne shared insights with young athletes on how sports taught her resiliency, teamwork, and leadership. She emphasized the hard work required to progress in your chosen career and spoke about rising up the corporate ladder at Northland to co-owning the WNBA team Atlanta Dream, adding, "You can't be afraid to take risks and bet on yourself. 🏃♂️ The Northland team laced up for the first-ever Middlesex County 5K Corporate Fun Run! We kicked the race off at our Waltham property, The Merc, and from there, participants ran/walked along the Charles River Walk. We are proud to share that our top 3 female runners placed 2nd place in the team category! Special shout out to Matthew Lebbossiere for coordinating this team outing!

It reflects Northland’s commitment to honoring Atlanta’s rich cultural history, particularly the influence of the jazz and art deco movements that have left an indelible mark on the city. While the community now reflects a new name and brand style, our shared values and commitment to providing outstanding service and a vibrant community environment remain unchanged.
