NewSpring is hiring a Worship Arts Production Integration and Maintenance Director!! We’re looking for someone who is hard working, very detailed, passionate about production in the Church, and motivated to spread the Gospel through technology. This role will lead NewSpring Church in supporting and maintaining Audio, Video, and Lighting equipment for all NewSpring campuses. If you enjoy exploring new AVL equipment, operating and training volunteers and staff on using AVL equipment, and find joy in new technology integration from start to finish, this role could be for you! Qualifications for this job: - Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Have the ability to lead in high-stress environments with flexibility and serving others in mind. - Have a proven record of integration in both new and existing production equipment into AVL systems. - Have the ability to lead effective teams in installation and running systems for Gatherings. The responsibilities include: - Partner with campuses in shepherding volunteers.  - Lead the integration of new production equipment projects and help support campuses with maintenance. - Assist the Support Production Director by training and coaching campus staff and volunteers on NewSpring Production Standards.  - Assist the Support Production Director in deciding on the direction of AVL equipment.  - Pursue Further Education for new and existing AVL Systems.  - Work with the Support Production team on AVL tickets.   - Serve as an on-call technician for the Support Production hotline.   - Serve in AVL positions, as requested, for Sundays and Support Special events.

Qualifications for this job include multiple years of professional experience in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud design applications, and a robust portfolio. The responsibilities include: - Lead a team of graphic designers.  - Guide the team to artistically realize the vision of a project by: > Collaborating and establishing visual direction (mood boards, inspiration, etc) > Working with the Creative Director / Film and Operations Team to help lead Creative Briefs, brainstorms, etc. - Create graphic design solutions for the ministries of NewSpring Church by working on a wide range of projects for: > Sunday Gatherings and Conferences  > Ministry Support Teams (ex: Discipleship, Missions, Worship, Connections, etc) > Print and signage > social media assets > video elements - Foster a creative environment by: > Defining the guardrails within the vision of a project > Crafting a collaborative atmosphere between the artists > Giving feedback during the process with regular check-ins - Manage and evolve the NewSpring Church brands - Adhere to project deadlines - Must possess the drive to learn, grow, and extend knowledge/skill set as often as possible
