Last week our entire team of wholesale underwriters from across the country came together at The Hartford's home office for our first-ever, all-employee event! The group heard from many dynamic speakers including The Hartford's Chairman and CEO, Christopher Swift, Head of Commercial Lines, Morris Tooker, Head of Global Specialty, Adrien Robinson, J.D., P.E., and Head of Wholesale for Navigators, Michael Garrison. Our team just completed a fantastic Wholesale Advisory Board meeting with our broker partners in Miami! We were able to dive deep into current marketplace trends and collaborate on our action plans to deepen our partnerships for the upcoming year and beyond. As talent is our most valuable asset, we brought along several early-career brokers and underwriters to provide feedback on mapping career paths for the next generation of insurance professionals. Plus, we had a fun time getting a private tour of the Miami Marlins and loanDepot park, which included batting practice!
