Shansea Faavesi on our Kona team began working with Naniq at the beginning of January as a package sorter. When her manager saw that she showed promise, she was asked to become an equipment operator working planeside and responded "I feel like operating equipment is too much responsibility". After some convincing and lots of training, however, Shansea is now one of our most skilled equipment ops and is an asset to the Kona crew. Thank you for your courage and growth, Shansea! The sun shone on our BBQ just in time for us to welcome the Saltchuk board of directors and leadership team to our Anchorage campus! Kicking off cleanup week, our Kona operation walked the Kona International Airport at Keahole - KOA tarmac and scoured it for trash! Honey Freitas was the star of the show, collecting the most garbage. Thanks for keeping our sites and communities clean, team!
