    Almost 2/3 of these candidates go into the office at least once a week and in many cases 3+ days. I'm slightly biased, but if you are hiring engineering and/or product talent in NYC Nace Partners has the best knowledge of active & semi-passive talent in the industry.

The Big Apple is gaining the largest share of relocating tech talent, according to recent data from SignalFire. 1 in every 7 employees who relocated between 2019-2023 made NYC home, and for good reason: the city has more than 549,000 tech jobs (per Axios).
