WE DON'T MEAN TO START A RIOT. This pack landed in Warranty + Repair and we immediately couldn't help but reminisce. The GOLF MAHAL might go down as one of the most unique products we have ever created. This pack was born out of the vision of an old Rancher who couldn't shake the idea. Levi Buckingham saw a need in the disc golf community that wasn't being met - a comfortable pack for the course. Initially, Buckingham worked on this pack on his own time and after the design kept getting better and better, the uppers at MR saw the same potential as him. After months of prototyping, sewing help, and mentorship, The GOLF MAHAL was introduced and quickly became the go-to bag for the most serious players, developing a cult following. The pack boasts a large main compartment that can hold all the discs a player needs with signature collapsible haul pockets providing additional storage space. The putter pocket is designed specifically for 2 putters and a mini-marker, and the most novel feature is the built-in umbrella attachment, allowing players to keep their hands free while staying dry. The GOLF MAHAL may have been a short-lived project, but it launched its creator, Levi Buckingham, on an entrepreneurial journey that led to the founding of @pounddiscgolf - a brand born from the same innovative spirit that birthed the iconic GOLF MAHAL. Though this particular pack is no longer in production, its legacy lives on through Pound's continued advancements in disc golf equipment, with Buckingham and his team building on the pack's pioneering design and features. We sent the Ryder bow case on a spring road trip with SITKA STUDIO Creative Director, Brad Christian, in his 1980 Hilux. He and his lab, Kanyon, cruised over 2,000 miles, slept on the ground, played piano in a saloon, drifted on dry lake beds, and shot hundreds of arrows and a pile of film. REPAIR & RENDEZVOUS If you have packs in need of repair, join us at the Ranch on Saturday, June 15th from 12 PM-4 PM for our first annual Repair Rendezvous. All you need to do is RSVP. Drop your pack off with our dedicated Ranchers offering repairs on-site and enjoy complimentary food and drink, raffles, games, custom YETI cups, and prizes while you wait. Repair Details: We will try our best to fix other brand’s packs, but will not hold them longer than the event. Additionally, we will do our best to functionally repair your gear, although we may not be able to save everything. We are happy to evaluate the damage and suggest further options for a service at a later time. Repair Process: Every pack and repair is different. Our experienced staff will evaluate and prioritize each item with our available resources and timeline for the event. We will do our best to help as many folks as possible at the event, but cannot guarantee every item will be fixed.
