Investing in and accelerating the future of how we CARE, PLAY & LIVE.

About us

Muse Capital is an early-stage venture fund dedicated to redefining how we CARE (women's health, childcare & elderly care), PLAY (gaming, metaverse), and LIVE (wellness and sustainability). By supporting visionary founders, we invest in consumer-tech companies that enhance our daily lives and serve the evolving needs of the future consumer. Muse Capital's superpower is rooted in the team's long-standing relationships with thought leaders and decision-makers in our focus sectors. As a team of global operators with two decades of experience, Muse Capital's specific strengths lie in go-to-market strategies, commercialization, and scaling. Led by founding partners Assia Grazioli-Venier and Rachel Springate, Muse Capital leverages its know-how in growth and facilitating strategic partnerships to help entrepreneurs build category-defining companies on a global scale. Their network stems from 20 years of relationships with decision-makers across Fortune 500 companies, major tech firms, investors, sports teams, athletes, and talent agencies. They have the network and execution ability to get deals done, providing real value to the entrepreneurs they back. Muse Capital takes a conscious capitalism approach, advocating for diversity as a driver of returns with 70% of its 60+ portfolio companies diverse-founded. Notable successes include exits like Clarity Money (acquired by Goldman Sachs), Mahmee (Series A led by Goldman Sachs), Midi (Series A led by Google Ventures), and Eli Health (patented at-home hormone testing). Finally, as a female-led team of conscious capitalists, Muse Capital is a staunch advocate for diversity as a better business, and proud to have a 70% female-founded/diverse portfolio. Muse Capital backs sectors redefining how we CARE, PLAY & LIVE, shaping the consumer experience for the next decade.

Hormones play a critical role in women’s health, yet they remain a mystery to many. Join us on our latest podcast episode as we talk all things hormones with Marina Pavlovic Rivas, founder of Eli Health. Eli Health is on a mission to improve lifelong health through continuous hormone monitoring. Providing real-time insights into hormone levels through saliva testing, Eli Health revolutionizes the way we understand and manage hormonal health. Unlike traditional testing methods, which only offer a single snapshot of hormone levels, Eli Health's approach allows for continuous tracking over time from home. Featured on this episode is also our principal Maria De Santis, who helped source the Eli Health opportunity and alongside Assia Grazioli-Venier and Rachel Springate is dedicated to demystifying hormonal health. Don’t miss it! #MuseWorthy #WomensHealth #EliHealth #TheFutureOfHowWeCarePodcast

The entire team at Muse Capital is delighted to share something very special we’ve been working on: our new podcast series, “The Future of How We Care.” 🎤👩⚕️🏩 Women’s health has been underserved and overlooked for far too long. Our medical system often prioritizes illness care over prevention and has historically been designed with a male bias. We aim to change that narrative by highlighting the incredible advancements and insights emerging in women’s health. In our series, you’ll hear from visionary founders and specialists in hormone health, athletic performance, mental health, menopause and more. They are leading a movement to better understand and serve women’s unique health needs through technological innovation. At Muse Capital, we believe that true change requires conscious capitalism. As women who have navigated predominantly male-dominated spaces, we know the transformative power of capital. Our investments the last 7 years in women’s health reflect our commitment to fostering a future where women’s well-being is at the forefront. In our first episode (coming soon!) co-founders Rachel Springate and Assia Grazioli-Venier introduce themselves and Muse Capital, delving into why CARE is integral to our investment strategy. We are thrilled to be joined by the brilliant Halle Tecco, MPH, MBA, a serial entrepreneur in women’s health and founder of Rock Health, #natalistco, and Cofertility, who helps us explore these themes with depth and clarity. Join us on this journey to uncover the truths about our bodies, make informed decisions, and maximize performance on and off the field, from the boardroom to the baby room and everything in between. Listen to ‘The Future of How We Care’ wherever you get your podcasts, and start your journey towards better health. #museworthy #womenshealth Rachel Springate Assia Grazioli-Venier Maria De Santis FOLLOW PODCAST LINK BELOW and stay tuned as new episodes come up!

Cofertility's new study highlights the current state of Egg Freezing in 2024. Their in-depth report with medical advisors Marieme Mbaye, MD, FACOG and Dr. Meera Shah, examines the motivations and trends driving a 30% year-over-year increase in egg freezing cycles. Egg freezing allows women to proactively preserve fertility amid shifting timelines. The report explores how egg freezing aligns with the trend of delayed parenthood, as women today navigate careers, relationships and reproductive choices differently than previous generations. Technological advances have also made egg freezing an increasingly viable option. As Freeze By Co notes, the coming years will reveal further evolution in the reproductive health landscape driven by scientific progress and changing societal dynamics around family planning. Read the full “State of Egg Freezing: 2024 Trends and Insights” report here: https://lnkd.in/gDc8HTm3 Cofertility is on a mission to make egg freezing and third party reproduction more human-centered and accessible. As part of our commitment to female founded companies, we are proud to support founders like Halle Tecco, MPH, MBA and #LaurenMakler, who are disrupting the future of CARE. #fertilityinnovation #cofertility #eggfreezing #MuseWorthy
