About us
We’ve been a leader in the recruitment industry since 1965, when the late Alan R. Schonberg saw a growing need for executive, managerial, and professional recruitment services and launched Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI). Since then, we have grown into one of the largest franchised executive search and recruitment organizations in the world. Today, there are 250+ MRINetwork firms changing lives in over 40 countries. As a global network of talent advisors, we have successfully steered our clients, candidates, and companies through times of growth, turbulence, and rapid transformation. --- In December 2022, MRINetwork was acquired by HireQuest, Inc. — a nationwide franchisor of direct dispatch, executive search, and commercial staffing solutions for HireQuest Direct, HireQuest, Snelling, Link, and Northbound Executive Search franchised offices across the United States. Through its national network of over 225 franchisee-owned offices in more than 38 states and the District of Columbia, HireQuest provides employment for approximately 75,000 individuals annually that work for thousands of customers in numerous industries including construction, light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, clerical, medical, travel, financial services, and event services.

As talent advisors who work with hundreds of recruitment teams, we see all the different facets of effective hiring practices. One of the most commonly overlooked factors in effective recruitment is the recruiter-client relationship. Clients want recruiters who understand their talent needs and the urgency to fill empty roles. However, they also prioritize exceptional service and effective communication. Recruiters who can balance these facets of relationship management can retain clients for longer, sourcing more appropriate candidates and providing better overall hiring experiences. #FranchiseLife #RecruitingLife #Recruiters https://lnkd.in/e2Y_H37x

Recruiting is like solving a jigsaw puzzle. If you’re staffing for an industry that has a higher demand for talent than the supply available, you’re seeking people who aren’t actively looking. In many ways, connecting the company to the candidate is like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. It takes more than just knowing a guy or gal to get someone hired. You have to create the right combination and make sure the pieces fit together seamlessly. Workforce trends come and go, #technology changes all the time, but the secret to success remains the same. There’ll always be a solid need for a good dependable recruiter in a niche industry who can identify candidates that are already working. How do you do this job so well you can outlast downturns and shifts? How do you go above and beyond to match candidates to clients? How do you find talent for an industry that has a talent shortage? In this #TalentHunters episode, host Vince Holt is joined by President and GM at Management Recruiters of Davidson, Joe Bubenzer. He talks about what it takes to thrive for decades, and the one thing that will never become obsolete in recruiting. #recruitingsuccess #entrepreneur #FranchiseBusiness #executiveSearch https://lnkd.in/e4bBwn52

In case you missed it from Friday - a look at the latest #LaborStats from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. #USAJobs #Economy #JobMarket
As the tumultuous political environment builds momentum approaching election day, the focus on the monthly employment data intensifies. Today’s data provides the pundits with fuel for another round of competing analysis. Most labor market watchers from Wall Street to Main Street and in Washington DC were expecting to see a modest uptick in job growth and that is exactly what was delivered. However almost 75 percent of the job gains were in #government , #healthcare , and social assistance segments. “Despite slower GDP growth and high interest rates, the #economy continues to create jobs and unemployment remains near record lows. Within this environment, most clients, served by our global Network of over 200 executive recruitment offices, report ongoing challenges finding the top technical, executive, professional and managerial talent they need to drive growth. Many clients are exploring new ways to both retain top performers and to recruit new talent based on a ‘skills-based’ approach to hiring and talent-management,” noted Rick Hermanns, president and chief executive officer of HireQuest Inc., parent company of MRINetwork. Recruitment is an essential part of any growing business, and research suggests that 46% of human resources managers state that it’s their top priority. With talent shortages impacting multiple industries from data management to healthcare, it’s easy to see why firms are channeling time and resources into sourcing top talent. However, recruitment isn’t as simple as posting a job description and hoping for the best. Growing businesses must ensure compliance with various stringent privacy regulations. They also have to take care when performing background checks to ensure they’re following both federal and state guidelines. Understanding recruitment compliance helps HR leaders find the right person for the job—without compromising the integrity and legal standing of their company. #HowToRecruit #Recruiting #HumanResources #HiringToday #LegalCompliance https://lnkd.in/eczGR8Fq
